I am an artist in Chester County, Pennsylvania, working in a representational style. When I started painting in my 50s, my first love was watercolor but I’ve since added oils. Having grown up on a state park in the Finger Lakes area of up-state New York surrounded by trees, lakes, waterfalls, flowers and wildlife, I have always been awed by nature and it is the subject of many of my paintings.
My training has been with a variety of local artists: Sarah Yeoman, Alice Meyer Wallace, Deena Ball for watercolor and Randall Graham for oil painting. I have exhibited in a numerous juried shows in the area.
