MEET THE ARTIST

My oil paintings are a joyful search for what feels good and right. Each time I paint is another chance to capture balance, beauty, truths and wholeness. My hands, eyes, body and heart, my entire being, becomes part of the painting. It's a sweet dance of being in love with life while weathering it's chaos. My still lifes consists of flowers, fruits and favorite figurines that have become part of the landscape of my work. I come to each painting with the same excitement and gratitude for color, shape and line, their relationships to each other and how they remind me that where there is art, there is hope.
