MEET THE ARTIST

I’m a lifelong artist whose work emphasizes how contrasting light and shadow define a subject and create a mood. Color also plays a large role in my paintings, adding to the emotional feel of my work. I often focus on local, Chester County subjects, sometimes including animals in their natural surroundings, although other subjects can also be appealing. I’m a member of the Delaware Valley Art League and the Chester County Art Association, exhibiting regularly in Yellow Springs, Art Ability, and in other regional exhibits.
