MEET THE ARTIST

My latest sculptures are both structured and organic. The vertical, architectural forms reference ancient monoliths through their singularity and the way they rise, flat-faced and four-sided, swiftly from ground to top. The boxy forms appear more naturalistic when I group them. They relate to each other like birds in a flock, and their interaction suggests the darting and pivoting movement of birds on the ground.
