I love to capture the fleeting beauty and endless variety of flowers, trees, and leaves in Metal Clay because it is moldable, sculptable silver, and after it is kiln-fired, it is 960 silver. My metal clay and sterling silver jewelry often incorporates filigree elements with a vintage vibe, movement and interesting open work. Many of my jewelry pieces are set with assorted semiprecious and lab-created stones, including some cabochons that I have shaped and polished. These stones often inspire my metal clay sculpting when I see scenes or trees within the stones.
