Jury - 2023 CHESTER COUNTY STUDIO TOUR

My art is inspired by Nature and her elements. The fleeting moments before her mood changes or the light weaves new pattern is where my art rests to take form. A bird perched high up in the tree ready to take flight, a pumpkin in the afternoon sun or a panda cub rolling around in the grass are all enticing subjects to me calling to take shape on a canvas.
I love using a warm pallet and enjoy working in multiple mediums Soft pastels, oils and colored pencils. The subject usually determines the medium that I use.I enjoy a lot of texture and it can either be representational like in my pastel art or can be in real form like in my knife paintings.
