Although I came from a family with an interest in the arts, I never thought it applied to me. That was until I came across a welding workshop at Stan Smokler’s studio. After attending several workshops, I had the bug. Some of my sculptures are repurposed items from my workplace of almost 45 years, making them feel very connected. I thoroughly enjoy creating and hope that my creations express that.
