It probably began with those long hours searching & discovering things in the woods as a boy. never getting lost. Years later I acquired a Kodak camera while still making collages, painting and model sets ...then took off with making Super8 films. My professional background includes work in 16mm film and video for corporate and government. I have a 16mm film in the Carnegie Museum of Art & some shown at Anthology in NYC. Once away from that world, years later I returned to still photography on my own. My photos are in the collection of Bryn Mawr Art Ability and shown at Chester County Art Association. Henry Thoreau said. "Everyone can look but not everyone can see." I am a lightcatcher and am drawn again to find the moods, light, hues of nature...in my backyard or my imagination.
