using paint and pencil I create for color narratives Celebrating the common moment of humanity Chronicled through nostalgic black and white photography
My art is a celebration of lives past for their contribution to the human experience. Although many of the people I paint are not famous or well-known. Deep in our soul we connect to them. They lived their lives as we live now and they have been where we are yet to go “the wisdom of the future is the past down city streets And wise old southern drawers. The things that say the most say things that last.“ Bill withers.
