My paintings show you calm places where you can slow down and find peace. I work primarily in oil on canvas, with an impressionistic style with soft colors and soft edges. My main focus is on landscapes and seascapes that capture a time and place, a mood, the effects of sunlight, the water's edge, the horizon in the distance. The view draws you into the scene, and gives you an invitation to pause and reflect.
