LET'S VOTE!

Art is a conversation: when I paint, it is a conversation with myself and with you, the future viewer. Once the painting is finished, it becomes a larger conversation, one you have with yourself, your past and your future, your hopes and your dreams.
Within the painting, paint and mixed media converse, with a chorus of 
movement and line, light and shadow, color, edge, and texture joining the conversation. I am often inspired by the words of others: Emily Dickinson, Samuel Beckett, Nikita Gill, and Nikki Giovani have all joined the discussions I paint.
