MEET THE ARTIST

I create quirky, whimsical ceramic figures that draw you in to deeply personal human stories. My art is poised between the safety of whimsy and the darkness of the things we find hard to say.

Each figure is hand sculpted in kiln fired paperclay and painted in underglaze washes, typically fired multiple times to create a gritty, illustrative quality.
