MEET THE ARTIST

Eden Tyne creates handmade pottery and mixed media paintings at her home studio in Downingtown, PA. Many of her pieces are versatile utilitarian objects and her studio practice invites discovery through meditative wheel throwing and painterly surface design on mugs, bowls and planters. Eden’s process and approach to creating is inspired by nature in elegant form using referential decoration, as well as a reverence for materials guided by her faith. Her primary goal is using found resources and tools to better steward a world driven by consumption.
