MEET THE ARTIST

I make one-of-a-kind handcrafted jewelry. Among many different kinds of materials I especially like to work with organic beads such as wood, horn, seeds, and bone. I also am overly fond of Kazuri beads, porcelain beads with a particular patina made by women's coops in Kenya. As an artist with no depth perception due to a visual disability working with fire is out of my wheelhouse. I rely on color, texture and shape to design my pieces.
