MEET THE ARTIST

Georgeanne Smisko Zvodar is a mixed media intuitive abstract painter based in Pottstown, PA. Her process involves applying many layers of paint and material, as well as scratching back, creating texture and special areas for the viewer to explore. She is self-taught and first began exhibiting her work in the Fall of 2024. She has exhibited in juried and community shows. Her piece “What Shape Are You In” earned an Honorable Mention at the 2025 Meadowood Juried Art Show and “Rhubarb Rhapsody” earned 2nd Place in Acrylics at the Perkiomen Valley Art Center’s Juried Show in November 2025.

Her work exudes joy and she wants you to be inspired to Go Play! Her hope is that in exploring her paintings and discovering new areas first unseen, you will discover hidden parts of yourself and that you leave her work feeling loved.
