I paint fish from every possible angle, with crisp clarity, blurred abstraction, and every rich layer in between. The many layers of oil paint and cold wax tell stories of struggle, determination, hopefulness, and possibility... complex mix of what we all experience. Making art is a way for me to express and record my journey. A way to let others know that they are not alone in their struggles. My way of saying that life is worth fighting for...believe in all the possibilities...just keep swimming.
