Kat Collins is a celebrated abstract artist based in Easton, Pennsylvania, renowned for her vibrant mixed-media paintings that delve into the depths of human emotion. A 2000 BFA graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Kat has developed a distinctive style defined by spontaneous mark-making, layered textures, and a rich, evocative palette.

Working primarily in mixed media, Kat employs a variety of materials, including ink, collage, graphite, oil pastel, acrylic paint, and charcoal, on surfaces such as canvas, paper, and wood panels. This eclectic approach allows her to draw inspiration from life, music, and poetry, creating powerful emotional landscapes that resonate with viewers.

Her work has been showcased at prestigious venues like the Ronald K. De Long Gallery, Connexions Gallery, Boyer Gallery, Gallery 840, NoName Gallery, and Sigal Museum in Pennsylvania, as well as galleries in New Jersey and North Carolina. She is currently represented by PXP Contemporary.

Kat's art reflects her deeply personal and emotional engagement with the world. Through her intuitive process and striking visuals, she invites audiences to embark on a journey of discovery, exploring the complexities of human experience. Her work continues to captivate and inspire, offering viewers a space for connection, reflection, and emotional resonance.
